Milliampere (“milli/macro”) is ~1/1000 of an amp, while microampere (“micro”) is ~1/1,000,000 of an amp (much smaller current).
Yes, TENS pads can be used with all three models; the FAQ recommends using the milliampere outputs with the selector switch set to TENS.
